Laguna Vista #13 is for rent

My condo is located in beautiful San Jose del Cabo in the state of Baja California, South, Mexico. The complex itself is called Laguna Vista and my unit is #13. San Jose is a small town that is very quiet and sleepy most of the year. The town is adjacent to a large arroyo and estuary and very near to many beautiful white sand beaches. The high-energy town of Cabo San Lucas is about 20 kilometers to the West.

The condo is a two-level, 2BR, 2BA condo and is normally configured to be rented as a 1 BR upstairs unit. The downstairs is the owners quarters and as such has personal items stored there. Arrangements can be made , if desired, for both units to be available. Furnishings are quite comfortable and include a queen bed in the separate bedroom with it�s own a/c unit, and a sofa/futon bed and separate sofa and chair in the living room.
